Antinity's Terms of service

Please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using any services provided by Antinity, a service provider offering website development, Discord bot development, Minecraft texture pack making, video editing, animations, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

When we say “services” in these terms, we mean services provided by Antinity.

When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you. If you’re accessing our services on behalf of a legal entity (like your employer), you agree that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.

1. Scope of Services

Antinity offers a range of services, including but not limited to website development, Discord bot development, Minecraft texture pack making, and video editing and animations. We also provide additional services such as YouTube and gaming for your information.

2. Content Responsibility

a. Customer Content: Any content distributed by the customer remains the sole responsibility of the customer. Antinity is not responsible for the content, including text, images, videos, or any other materials provided by the customer. The customer assumes all liability and legal obligations related to their content.

b. Content Review: Antinity reserves the right to review customer-provided content. We may reject any service offer if we find the content to be inappropriate, in violation of any laws, or in conflict with our ethical guidelines. This includes content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, illegal activities, or any other harmful behavior.

3. Payment and Pricing

a. Pricing: The pricing for our services will be provided to the customer before initiating any project. Prices may vary based on the scope and complexity of the project.

b. Payment Methods: Antinity accepts payments through PayPal, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), and bank transfers only. Please ensure that you make payments using one of these accepted methods.

c. Verification: To ensure the legitimacy of customers and prevent potential issues, Antinity reserves the right to request verification information from customers before commencing a project. This may include but is not limited to proof of identity or payment confirmation.

d. Refund Policy: Antinity has a strict refund policy. We will not issue refunds for services rendered after 24 hours from the time of payment. Refunds requested within the 24-hour window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Antinity retains the intellectual property rights for any custom code, designs, or materials created during the provision of our services. The customer will receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purposes unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

a. Privacy: Antinity respects your privacy. Any personal information provided by you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

b. Confidentiality: Antinity may have access to confidential information as part of the service provision. We will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of such information.

6. Termination

a. Termination by Antinity: Antinity reserves the right to terminate any project or service at our discretion if we believe that the customer is in violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

b. Termination by Customer: The customer may terminate a project or service by providing written notice to Antinity. Termination may be subject to additional fees or terms as outlined in the project agreement.

7. Changes to Terms

Antinity may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
